SMTP Outgoing Problem

SMTP Outgoing Problem

Hi,

We have faced SMTP outgoing mail problem during installation. We aren't using exhange server. We are using IceWarp Merak Mail Server. We can't send e-mails to users via ServiceDesk. By the way, there aren't any problem by receiving e-mails.
