I would like to know if we would be able to monitor the (IIS) SMTP queue on a server which is sending out emails using local SMTP service. The purpose is to generate alerts if for some reason the emails are stuck in the queue. 

SMTP by the name of Local Queue Length something available in Opmanager?

Please can you let me know how can we add this option in opmanager..

I know there is option Excahnge server but want to know in IISS...
