SMTP Configuration, all parameters return invalid configuration

Hi I'm evaluating the product, I've already made the various domain settings without encountering any anomalies, the procedure is linear, while I'm having difficulty configuring the sending of emails, extremely as it is the most trivial, every type of configuration I'm going to insert, it returns "invalid request", we use an internal smarthost but it doesn't work, I tried directly with the 365 account but nothing always the same error, can someone give me a tip, there aren't many parameters so I don't understand what you want.
