SMS Server shows completely wrong information / SMS delayed
We use OpManager Build 7100 and monitor 250 Servers with that.
Since around a week now the SMS which are send from OpManager via a connected Cellphone where sent ~ 30 Minutes delayed.
That caused us to unplug the connection wire between the Phone and the OpManager Server today for testing reasons (COM Connection, Nokia 6310i ).
After disconnecting the Cellphone the SMS Server Settings in Administration-Tab of OpManager 7 shows that the Cellphone is still connected !!??
Also rebooting the whole OpManager Server doesn't help. The values for the Load of the Cellphone-battery and also the field-strength are still displayed as the phone would be connected.
What we tried today:
--> Reboot the OpManager Server
--> Unplug the Cellphone and Replug it
--> Switch of the Cellphone ( dismounted the battery )
Any Ideas? There are two things that are a huge Problem with this issiue for us:
--> Why are SMS send up to 30-40 minutes delayed?
--> Why does OpManager SMS Server not recognize that the Cellphone was disconnected?
