Dear All,

I Manage Registered OPManager with SMS notification via modem, why OPManager sometimes don't send notification via modem, it seems modem hangs.. So I must reconnect modem and unplug& plug the modem then restarting Opmanager to  make modem working again...Why should i do to make modem working properly

My OPmanager version : 7201

My Modem Type :WavecommModem Model : Multiband900E1800
