Hello,

we want to create shared mailboxes using own templates. We are familiar with the process, but the following challenges have arisen:
1. The template only asks for the display name. How is the process to create nicknames and mailaddresses without interaction by technician?

2. we want to simplify the delegations: how can we mirror the userlist for full access to sendAs rights?

3. how can we inform the delegated users about the new created mailbox? We already have a custom script in creation process to assign correct ou and monitoring the entra sync, so we can also add additional tasks.

Environment: AdManager Plus 8, actual patch.
