slowness issue
when ever service desk calls the following page
http://pfservdesk01:8080/WOListView.do
it appears to take 10 - 20 seconds to load, we are not on the latest version we are using 5503, but this has been an issue before uploading any other service desk upgrades, are they any tools to speed up and make more efficient or do you know of this issue
