Slow responses

Hi Support,

I have noticed that with the increase in the volume of data that we have within the database that the response time, particularly when going to the home page where the default is show all open calls, takes some time to come back.

I have seen others mention that they have issues, you respond with a request to connect to the system and fix this, which you do, and the next forum post shows the customer replies saying thankyou.

We are an experienced database and software development house ourselves so if you could advise on if the efficency can be aided by an index rebuild etc, please advise. We don't want to spend time looking into your tables etc and potentially causing further issues, hence the reason for this post.

We haven't capacity on our existing SQL servers to transfer this across as yet so it's still on MySQL on 6006.

Please advise on either any command line or administrative tips you can advise on on how to increase the response time and if you could post this on the forum it would help everyone out and save you guys some time!
