slow reporting

I've been running NetFlow Analyzer for about 9 hrs now and I'm noticing a big slow down in getting a report result, for example, when I click on "TCp_App" in a "last hour" report for an interface. In one case, it took 37 minutes to get the result displayed.

The router that is providing the NetFlow data is very busy as we have 5000+ students, etc.

Is there a way to speed this up? Is this a memory allocation issue with mySQL?

I really like the product but waiting 30 minutes for a report is a bit much.

FYI - the NetFlow app is running on a P4 3.8Ghz, 2GB RAM, 80GB HD Dell GX280 and the CPU usage is always low (12-20%).
