Slow function of chat / configurations or remote control
I would like some help troubleshooting a problem we have with chat /configurations and remote control being slow
Chat - how long should this take on average/most . To be useful for us it needs to be not much more than 5 seconds . We find it takes upwards of 35 seconds. It is so slow that i instead end up messaging person on teams but would much prefer to keep to the chat function.
Configurations - there is an option to 'deploy immediately' but we are finding this far from immediate. We are lucky if it reaches the end pc at all and often takes a long time. Its frustrating because we want to use this great feature more often but its so slow and unreliable that we end up having to do run a patch manually by connecting to users pc and launching a command prompt.
Remote control - this also isnt as nippy as would like it. It will generally connect the first time, but if get disconnected for any reason then can be troublesome to get back on - it can take a few minutes. If the user switches onto vpn or off vpn the manage engine software is slow to update the network information and allow connection to the pc . In comparison when i used teamviewer to connect to pc, disconnect vpn/reconnect vpn, the connection was instant and hardly dropped at all .
