We recently updated to build 90023 and we have noticed since making the move from 8 to 9 that the deployment times are very slow to start compared to previous builds of 8, even when selecting "Deploy Immediately".  Is there somewhere that I can look to tweak the deployment time?  the configurations are sitting at waiting to execute for unusualy long times.
