SLAs and Escalation
Hi, Vinu, Sujay.
It seems that a new SCP release is on the way and I would like to remind you, once again, that, as it is, the escalation feature is not of much use since it is still being triggered only after the SLA has been breached.
This fix is, obviously, critical for anyone dealing with Service Management.
I hope you have remembered to include it in this next version.
