Hi. My company has been using Opmanager for a few years , buying it on a per-year licensing subscription. We just renewed our licence for another year, and our reseller told user that our old "premium" licence was now becoming an "essential" one, which supposedly changed nothing

I've just installed the new license file and I've just discovered that we no longer have acces to the SLA widgets, which we use a lot but are now only available in the much more expensive "deluxe" edition. This is very disappointing, and I can't help but think that I'm being punished for being a repeat customer.

Is there any hope of seeing a change in this licensing policy ? If not, we probably won't renew our licence anymore, we won't pay almost 3 times the price for a single feature that used to be included.
