SLA Violation report not right
The SLA Violation report shows request where the SLA was not violated - why? What is the criteria that determines if a SLA has been violated since I can't find any reason for the requests that are appearing on the report to be there.
The report function is good, however on most reports the charts are truncated and squashed. Can a method be added to allow charts to size themselves correctly.
