SLA versus Request...not operate??
Hi
I downloaded and installed serviceplus for linux three days ago.
I defined site, department, technicians, contracts and sla with escalatement
The escalate was enabled....
I created a incident, this incident was associated to the SLA....I was happpy....but
I watited all day for the escaladment...this not ocurred...
Does SLA is operating in enterprise version?
