SLA Report with Time between raise and approval

Hi all,

I need a report with the following info for a specific service request:

      - all the people involved:
            - requester
            - approver
            - technician
      - SLA involved
      - time between raise and approval
      - time between approval and assigning
      - time between assigning and resolved state

Is this possible?
