SLA Overruling

SLA Overruling

Hi, 

I have a question regarding SLAs.

If I have two different SLAs, one for priority (High/Medium/Low/Normal) and one for Category (Hardware/Software/etc.), and they are both used upon creation of a request, how do I know which SLA will be used/followed by the system?

Some of my tickets followed the Category SLA but some followed the priority SLA.
