Hello everyone,
Have a problem in SLA notifications.
I've created SLA notifications and configured some Technician and support group into it.
But after some day some technician names and supports groups are auto removing and again we have to do the same activity of adding technician and support groups into SLA notifications.
Level 1: 6 Technician and 2 support groups
After 6-7 days
Level 1: 2 Technician only
Please help to identify the gap.
