SLA Notifications only on Operational hours
Hello Everyone
I'm having a problem with the notifications of SLA.
I receive a lot of emails of SLA scalation on Saturday and Sunday and i want to know if there's a way to configure my SLA to send scalation emails only in the days that I configure on my operational hours, that will be on Mondays.. Friday between 8 a.m and 6 p.m
