SLA Escalation Notifications Sent to Non-Technician

We've had an example where our SLA warning notifications are being sent to non-Technicians. Reviewing the notifications under the SLA section does not indicate any users other than the 2 individuals that require the notifications.

We are on build 8217 running MySQL.

Any assistance?
