I am changing the SLA Escalation Email template to provide more information. I am trying to find a content variable which describes how old the request is. I have tried the 'Request Aging Days' content variable, however when I save this and recive the email, this section is blank. It does not seem to populate. Is this the right content variable to use? and also why is it not working?
