SLA Escalate to another group.

Is it possible to take an SLA escalation and assign it to another group after a certain time period?

We have a SLA setup that requires our technicians to resolve the issue within an hour, after that it will notify the next group every 30 mins. We would to be able to automatically assign it to another group after the first hour.

Is this possible?
