Hi,

Just a quick clarification on the SLA Rules for SD+,

According to the forums.... The server sends out SLA Notification mails every 10 minutes from server start. I take it that means that the server checks all requests, regardless of due by date and mails accordingly to the SLA Criteria specified?

I ask because while attempting to set up some SLA rules, the mail notifications i am receiving in my test environment at times specified are not correct with the SLA Criteria. e.g If I set an SLA Normal Resolution time of 30 mins, and enable Level 1 Escalation to admin after 10 minutes (Total 40 mins) I would get an e-mail 10 minutes into the due by time, and then nothing. The mail server is set up correctly, having checked all settings and sent and received test mails.

Just would like some better clarification on the setting up of SLA's
