SLA alert problem

SLA alert problem

Hello,
Two of our SDP accounts have the same problem: Sometimes, the SLA violation alert is not seen in the request page although the due by date has past the current time. When we change the due by date manually, the SLA alert red flag comes up.
Have you ever seen a bug in the current version  8008 or the earlier versions?
