Please can anyone help me to solve my confusion between
"Priority based SLA"
and
"User based SLA"

If i define to different SLA which overcomes whom like if a user is placed in the rule of Normal priority and resolution is set to 1 hr and if the same user is placed in high priority with 15 min resolution time, what will happen?

If the question is not to your understanding then please make me understand in simpler terms. Please!!!
