Skip forced backup from 14840 to 14930

We don't seem to be able to skip the forced backup when going from SDP 14840 to 14930. I have tried using the details on this page - https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/on-premises/service-packs.html - and was able to skip the backup from 14830 to 14840 using "DSkipForcedBackUp_14840=true" but am unable to do this for the latest version.

I have tried this - DSkipForcedBackUp_14840=true - and this - DSkipForcedBackUp_14900=true

There does seem to be a few bits added to the UpdMgr file, this is the line where it would normally be added
