I will be upgrading the ServiceDesk Plus platform to the latest build (14.7 Build 14700) this week. The issues that I "Always" have is the ability to skip the forced backup. I have read many articles on this topic only and made the suggested changes to the UpdMgr.bat file only to still be forced to make a backup. The forced backup takes "FOREVER" to complete.

What is the correct method for launching the Upgrade Manager and the needed edits to the UpdMgr.bat file?
