Site page responses

Site page responses

Good morning.  We are running ADDS build 5322 (this has been seen in previous builds as well).  Two issues, really:

1. When a registered user logs into the site, the status just keeps spinning.  If you hit F5 after about 10 seconds, the page will refresh and present the user with their "My Info" page (address, phone, etc.).  So the site is taking the credential, but not posting back the page which should be coming up.  This occurs both internally and externally, both using the same proxy for access. According to the Chrome browser, this may be due to some of the scripts trying to be run under the HTTP protocol rather than using the HTTPS protocol (maybe hardcoded paths/URLs rather than referential??).  The little shield in the URL bar reads "This page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources".  If I click to allow the scripts, the "My Info" page loads properly.

2. When a user logs out of the site (from an external connection), it appears that it's forcing it to use HTTP.  We have a redirect set up on the proxy which takes the HTTP request and moves it over to the HTTPS protocol.  This redirect does work if the users initially goes to http://mypass.talgov.com, it will switch over to HTTPS for the login.  When the user logs out of the site, it wants to use HTTP (and appears to force it as the redirect doesn't work, like a loop of some kind or hardcoded URL path rather than referential).  This only appears to happen on the outside, which is really weird.  Internal and External use the same proxy with the same redirect policy.  I have the "Configure Access URL" in ADSS set to match the external (and internal) URL with HTTPS and port 443 and restarted ADSS after making the changes.

                New to ADSelfService Plus?
