Site not filling for requests submitted via API
We're using the API interface to submit tickets from our Software Installation Self Service system to SD+. We're using the "Operation=AddRequest" function, and we're using the "RequesterEmail" value to identify the requester. However, the "Site" is not filling in for the requester, therefore our site-based rules are not being engaged.
Is this a known bug with the API interface?
