Single Technican having problems with searches.

We're running into a problem since upgrading to build 7504 where a single technician in the system is having problems with Searches.

When he types something into the Search field on the sidebar with Requests selected in the drop down, and hits Enter, and doesn't return results or give an error.

In the status bar it does show "handle Response called.http://cayycwpsdk01v.worleyparsons.com:8080/framework/html/blank.html".

He has tried this from multiple computers and browsers.

If we delete him as a Technician and re-add him, will he loose all his associations with previous tickets created?
