Hi, I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same behaviour like I do...

ServiceDesk, Ent., 35 technicians, updated to latest version.
AD authentication (+ SSO) activated and works for SOME technicians. For some of them it does not and they are presented with the "logon screen" (username, password, domain).

IE 6 + SPs installed.

Yes, I have cleaned the cache, checked the SSO settings in IE, added the ServiceDesk server to local intranet sites. Still the same.

Any ideas please? Thanks in advance
