Single Account - multiple resources

I'm running the trial of PMP right now, trying to determine if it would be useful for my company where we manage IT for many many other customers (lots of different domain and credentials). So far it seems like it might be a good fit, however there is one thing that I'm having trouble figuring out.

What do i do in a Windows domain environment where I have multiple resources or servers, but we use the same domain login account to access them? I don't mean different accounts that happen to have the same un/pw, but the same actual domain account.

There seems to be two things this affects:
-Utilizing PMP as a tool for initiating remote access via RDP (the credentials need to stay synchronized)
-Initiating automatic password rotation where that domain account might be used to start services on multiple different servers - I need to be able to identify all the different servers that use this same domain account so their services can be updated

Is this something that I just haven't figured out how to setup correctly or is it a shortcoming (feature request)?
