Sincronize users (requesters and technicians) from an external system via the API Rest
We have all information about users (requesters and technicians) in another system (salesforce.com), my question is if is it posbile to implement a program that use the API REST in order to create new users in Service Desk, otherwise we must duplicate work creating users in SDesk via the UI.
