Since the domain password age is not defined, there are no user with soon-to-expire password.

I recently installed ADSS Plus on a Windows 7 workstation that is joined to our domain.  I can change passwords using the web interface, but when I run reports on accounts that - as per group policy that I have assigned to specific OU's should expire every 3 days - should be expiring soon, nothing is displayed.

When I look at the dashboard updater, under "Soon-to-expire user passwords", instead of seeing a successful status, I see "Since the domain password age is not defined, there are no user with soon-to-expire password."  I have ensured that the password policy has been set in Active Directory, and as I said before, the application is working with AD correctly as I can manually change the password on the account.

I have tried forcing ADSS to synchronize and then restarting the service and cannot seem to get it to recognize the password policy I have put in place.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
