since last update every Debian update is blocked by firewall?

The Problem is, my firewall, my PiHiole and my ESET Antivirus did not block anything.

The Update is correctly downloaded to the store on my patchmanagent server, but ever time i want to deploy updates to my Debian Linux Clients i get an error because of the firewall. bevor the last update of Patch Management Server, all was without any error.
