This post is to inform you about an upcoming improvement to our email communication system, designed to enhance security and deliverability.

Currently, emails from Mobile Device Manager Plus may originate from a generic ".com" address. We're transitioning to a system where the "from" email address will dynamically change based on the data center location serving your account. For example, if you're located in the UK, your emails might now come from "noreply@mdmcloudprodmail.manageengine.uk" instead of "noreply@notifications.mobiledevicemanagerplus.com"

By aligning the "from" address with your data center location, emails are more likely to pass DMARC checks, preventing email spoofing attacks while ensuring you receive all critical notifications from ManageEngine.

You'll automatically begin receiving emails from the new, dynamic "from" addresses. However, to ensure continued smooth communication, we recommend adding relevant regional email domains to your allow-list:
