Signature on outgoing emails
Is it possible or would it be possible to include in a future release the ability to add a technician signature email to replys to job requests?
As a technician if i email a client from outlook i include a signature with my contact details on it. but i have not found a way to include this information in Servicedesk when i am emailing a client about a job.
The only way i can see this happening at the moment is if i copy and paste one from a text file or something. it would be much better if i could just add one automatically to the end of the emails.
