Sign-on for external customers/contracters when SSO is implemented

Sign-on for external customers/contracters when SSO is implemented

We have set up Single Sign On through Azure, (it is working really well), however we have a number of contractors/customers external to our organisation that are not in our Active Directory. Is it possible to allow them to log into SDP without setting-up accounts for them in AD.
