SIF (Support Information File) doesn't generate
We have five probes in our environment and on two of our probes, the SIF doesn't generate. The message "
Please wait... it takes sometime depends on logs size." appears and quickly disappears and I keep an eye on the /<opmanagerhome>/support folder and the folders for
conf,
debug,
logs and
users never get made.
Any suggestions on what might be causing that and any quick fixes?
