shutdown & uninstall opmanager

Is there an uninstall script for opmanager 5 on linux?

I can't seem to shutdown opmanager, either:

I'm running Cent OS 3.3 (linux). 1GB RAM, P3 933Mhz. The server is headless and doesn't run a window manager.
