we are having shutdown problems with the latest version.

executing the command as usual:

./shutdown.sh -S

in ManageEngine/ServiceDesk/bin/

doesn't do anything, stays/hangs.

Our version 9.2 Build 9220

Debian Linux latest (64bit)

The only way to stop it is by killing the process. After killing the process the usual shutdown messages will occur.

This error is reproducible on our system. Please help.
