Shutdown Applications Manager?
While I wait for support to debug numerous issues I'm having I periodically have the need to restart Applications Manager. What's the best way to do this?
I tried shutting down via the 'Admin' tab (that doesn't work because I'm having issues with the web responding at all). I then go to the server where it's installed and shut it down that way. In that case only 1 of the 2 java.exe processes ends, and the w3wp.exe process doesn't end either.
I also tried stopping the service...no help. When I try to re-start it with this process I get a 'port in use' error.
