Shrink install size
Over the past couple years, as we've used ServiceDeskPlus and, especially, as we've upgraded it, the install folder has grown to several times its original size.
I'd like to shrink it down, without damaging the installation. Are there any locations where old/unused files from previous builds can be removed? Backup files from old builds, etc etc?
