Show tasks to requestors
I have SDP
8.2.0
Build
8201, and I would like to know if is possible to show TASK details to the requester?
I have created a Service Request, that generates a number tasks for the technicians.
I would like to show the progress of these tasks to owner of the ticket\requester.
They should also get notification when a task is completed, and see the notes\comments.
