Show Secondary Emails to Technicians without Admin Rights

We are starting to encounter problems with users who have secondary email addresses in SDP. It would be great if SDP would show WHICH email address the requester is using to create the ticket instead of always defaulting to the primary. A very large portion of our workforce is considered a deskless worker and therefore they do not have a work computer and email us from their personal devices/personal email more often than not.

If this is not possible, it would be great for the secondary email(s) to show when they click on or hover over the user's name to see their details (name, company, ID, etc.). We only have a handful of our technicians with access to see the Admin tab and user's full details, most technicians cannot see the Admin tab.
