show resolved requests/incidents in the start screen of the user

Is it possible to show resolved requests/incidents in the start screen of the user?

Just like an approval request? Is this already possible (ie changing a setting) or is this part of a new release?

I now have users coming to the techinicians to ask them to send the resolved email again as they have deleted them.
