Show Department Assigned Assets to Requester while creating Incident
Hi, I would like to know about the possibility of showing Department Assigned assets(not assigned to any user) to the requester while creating incident ticket. Currently the Assets selection field on Add Request form is showing Assets assigned to the Requester and ticking Show All Assets checkbox will show all Assets regardless of the requester department. Is it possible to restrict it to the requester department only similar to the parameter you have included on globalconfig table to show only department users on "on behalf of" field?
Example Scanario: I have a department with 30 employees and 10 printers which are shared among all these users. In Assets module, I have assigned these 10 printers to Department only. Now if any employee wants to raise a incident ticket for one of these printer, how he can attach that printer to the incident request? Show all assets checkbox will display all assets present in the organisation and may confuse the users.
