Shortcut on map, problem with large size of css element.

I'm working with Application Manager, and i trying create a map, but i have a problem with the shortcut.
For you give a idea, i added 4 images.
The first, i'ts just a screen from what i have.
The second, is a problem. The code of css path1 use a large place around a shortcut and, when i click on the green shortcut, the shortcut in red opens.
The third and Fourth, my question :
it's possible to decrease a value of Css Element Stroke-width or delete the knot where the id=path1 ?
