We are trying to create a few shortcuts to files and sites on users desktops and running into a problem. Under "Shortcut User" or "Shortcut Computer", when I go to "Target Application" and "Browse" I get an error whenever I click on a network. It says "The network cannot be reached" even though we are connected and have all our machines visible and working otherwise. 

Are there any troubleshooting steps to see why we would be getting this message? I don't get any type of connectivity error anywhere else in DC. For example, I can go to a machine in the same network that is giving an error above, and connect directly to any machine and remote connect, run command prompt, etc.
