Sharing individual resources within a resource group

I hope someone can help with this. Our Web Admins group is using resource groups to organize resources for quicker and easier password management. The issue is, there are certain admins that will require some passwords from a group without the full group. When one or two resources of a group are shared, they show to the user without the associated group or parent group. This makes it much more difficult to keep passwords organized.

Is it possible to share some resources from a group without sharing the whole group and maintain the hierarchical display for the end user?

If not, then is it possible for users to create "folders" (as in multiple favorites folders)?
